Photos App macOS & iOS.

The photos app for macOS & iOS doesn’t currently have automatic feature to prevent duplicates in albums. If you have a large amount of photos and are a reasonably organized person, you use photo albums to categorize your content effectively to save tons of time. However when working with lots of photos it is particularly hard to keep track and remember if a photo has made it into and album or not. This is a trivial programming task to implement logic to check if a photo is a duplicate or not. You should be prompted that the photo is a duplicate of one inside the album, which should also check if it has been edited or not because their may reliably be multiple different edits of the same photos. You should then be able to choose to add or skip those items that are duplicates. I am adding a duplicate to an album below. Its not worth spending the time recreate an animation of the desired logical flow but it should behave as described above.
